I am sick of "well-meaning" republicans and pundits who advise...
that the Democratic Party get back to "traditional Democratic values and policies"
Just which of these traditional Democratic values and policies would make them happy?
Carter's stance on world human rights? I don't think so.
LBJ's civil rights and Great Society programs? I don't think so.
JFK's policies of European cooperation? I don't think so.
FDR's New Deal? I don't think so.

I suspect that the Democratic president they think we should embrace is the genocidal yahoo Andrew Jackson.
