just to answer your question, on boards like this, when it is beyond 20 posts, only the headlines of each message is displayed, unless you click view all. So putting N/T at the end of that line(not in the body, that is annoying) means there is nothing beyond it. EOM serves a similar purpose, though people here have a tendency to use them interchangably. EOM was usually used for text files and long articles on BBS's to indicate the End of Message, though used for message boards as well.
