then I went to the c-span.org site and it says 12 PM on c-span-3 which I don't get!

I bet if it was Bush, they'd cover it on regular c-span!

Wow, of course I only have C-Span and C-Span2, and no MSNBC...damn it! I'd figure they'll cover it, since Bush is attending and I know eveyrone loves the great uniter...

4. You can stream it on your computer from the website

www.c-span.org and then click on c-span 3 icon.:)
