Second, WTF is the deal with Kevin Sites and that Marine footage. Personally I don't want to blame either side in this matter. Here is what we know for sure. That Marine shot an Iraqi. Now from what I have read and seen, we do not know if that guy was dead, alive or what. This is what war looks like people, IMO, there are no such things as rules when in the combat zone from the troops point of view. We don't know the exact circumstances we can only speculate. I don't blame that Marine, I place blame on the bastards that put him in that situation in the first place, ie GEORGE W. BUSH, Dr. RICE, C. POWEL, D. RUMSFIELD, P. WOLFOWITZ, and anyone else in the admin that was gungho.
I feel that the military should and will handle this case, as they will.

when in the combat zone". Well sorry to contradict your opinion on this, but there are rules of war "in the combat zone" and they were designed specifically for "the combat zone". Why do we get to toss them aside in the heat of battle yet expect to hold them against every other country on the planet? You are correct that our leaders share much of the blame; but that does not absolve the soldier who committed the act. That sounds much like the "criminal as victim" defense the left is so often disparaged (inaccurately) for using. You know the examples I speak of. "He wouldn't have shot up his office if he hadn't been unjustly fired and lost his home". Both parties should be held accountable.
