Just heard George Carlin will be on Tim Russert. This will be good. |
|
Not sure when or where. I think the Tim Russert show is on MSNBC sometime this weekend. But imagine how could this could be.

3. I think it's on at 10 pm on MSNBC |
|
I think. I like this show much better than his Meet The Press. It's quieter, a little more Charlie Rose feel to it. Lots of good discussion as a rule, less confrontation, etc.

5. I smell a round of Democrat-bashing questions |
|
Why can't the Democrats get it together? Why are the Rpeublicans so much more in touch with the country?

6. Yeah, it's all about George Carlin, isn't it? |
|
I lost a lot of respect for him over that position. There are millions of Iraqis who aren't represented either, but it's all about little Georgie Carlin. You know what? Fuck George Carlin. Fuck George Carlin up the ass with a chainsaw. I have no use for him and all the other putzes out there who think that refusing to vote is somehow a moral stand. A moral stand is standing in front of a fucking bulldozer that's about to tear down a poor man's house. Not voting is a fucking cop-out. Fuck George Carlin!

8. Well I like his humor. I'm sorry about his position but he is |
|
still an incredibly astute observer of society, and I always learn something from him, sometimes things I don't want to learn. He may be hard on Kerry and Dems (who says it's not deserved), but I guarantee you he's going to give Shrub a critique that should leave his anus red raw and throbing.

9. Carlin runs scared - always has- I like him, but he will back off anything |
|
if he sees that there is opposition to his view.
The only view he pushes is the "ironic" or "funny" view.
But we have grown old together - so I do not like it when folks jump on him - he gives it his best shot!
:toast:
