1. This is the same banking organization...
Which recently purchased Sears' credit business... which stuffs my mailbox with offers for CitiCards and Shell Cards and Phillips 66 cards and Goodyear cards and so on and so on and so on... They're the same company which layers late fees on top of usurous interest on top of more late fees. And they're making money from us and helping out who???
