The U.S. has become a predatory nation bent on stealing the resources
of poorer nations using its military might.Notice how it stays away from picking a fight with strong nuclear armed nations like India or China or Russia. It is only countries like Haiti, Equatorial Guinea, Iraq that attract its covetous eyes. When any of these smaller nations start acquiring nuclear weapons as N.Korea started doing, the hands off policy will be in place.Expect a mad scramble to acquire nuclear weapons by all countries or even regional alliances forming.

1. 'become'?
I think the Bush administration is just more ham-handed about it, that's all.
