Freeper woman at Customs: "Blue Staters not wanted in OUR country"
So I'm coming back from Canada and the Customs hall was packed. An airline agent pulls all US citizens with passports into an expedited line. Some freeper woman behind me shouts "And if you're from a Blue State, stay here, nobody wants you back in OUR country" to the delight of her travelling companions. ("HahahahahaahaaaHHAAaaa") I turned around and said "Blue staters are not welcome in YOUR country?" "I guess that was a bad joke," she replied.

I don't think she was joking. More anecdotal evidence that * has 'united', not 'divided' us?

1. Fine, if they feel that way I suggest that a remark like that is perfect
justification for red states to start their own country and let the damn 'red staters' doom themselves with their own ignorance and bigotry.

5. And while they're at it...
they can stop using the money those of us in the blue states give them.

2. You should've asked her LOUDLY
if sampling the cocaine stashed in her brassiere made her spew such gibberish.

7. Now THAT'S funny.
I should have innocently said to the Customs agent, "I don't know if I'm speaking out of turn but that woman in the magenta slacks behind me? Well, I hear her whisper something about a stash of something that she stuck 'where no one would find it'. Just trying to do my duty as a citizen."

3. Real damn funny.
I'd have punched her sorry-ass fucking face in. Let her bleed some of that "red" blood, and see if she's really up for a little civil war.

"Ma'am" and "Sir."

17. But... But...
But... But, I thought failing to call a red-votin' red-stater "ma'am" or "sir" (as appropriate to the red-stater's self-identified gender expression) was grounds for lynching, or worse?

Oh, I am so confused! Help me!

18. As a Native Missourian, Let Me Explain:
"Ma'am" acknowledges that those stretch pants and Kathy Lee fashions aren't hiding her age.

"Sir" acknowledges that you are treating an older gentlemen with respect ... oh, sorry, ma'am!

she tries, bless her heart. ;-)

27. You should have said, where will you get all the tax dollars to ...
pay for Shrub's un-holy wars, if all the blue staters leave? There is a reason why one needs to take all of one's shots when one travels abroad and a rabid rovebot attack like the one that "lady" staged, is a classic example of why! I always try to at least f@rt on people like that, if I'm in line in front of them! It might not win her heart and mind, but if she's holding her breath, she's not talkin'!

Was she still wearing her "purple heart band-aid" on her chin?

I'll bet she loved the one Bush told about not being able to find WMD.

As depressing as this war is, and the RWers driving the US into the ground, nothing depresses me more than the pandemic ignorance of the American people.

I'm afraid I would have said. Unfortunately, I live in a red state.. I understand that we are all born repuks, but some of us have the ability to overcome. I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm feeling really sorry for you...........:bounce:

Remind her that she can just stay in her red state because the rest of the world doesn't want her and other Bush voters to visit

30. I say fine, form your own little poverty stricken blue state country...
Pray to some big daddy in the sky so that you can afford a potato to feed your family while big business works you 12 hours a day with no benefits.

Idiots, give them their own bloody country. I would LOVE it.
