How many did they throw out? 30%? 40%? Will we ever know.

This was never about the provisional ballots by the way. They were never going to decide the election. This is about the outright, in your face, fraud that took place at the polls.
What? What? More votes for bush than there are voters? Eh heh...no harm no foul.
