Mike Malloy's Hitler quote?
I was listening to the Best of Mike Malloy a little while ago, and he read a quote about basing the government on Christianity or something like that. I thought it was going to be a Pat Robertson quote, and it turned out to be a Hitler quote! It was amazing how much it sounded like a quote from the far right in America. Does anybody have a link to this quote? I know I'm doing a lousy job of describing it, but I'd love to find that quote.

1. It could be either of these. I've been pasting the second one
that I printed on post-it type removable stickers on walls all over the area :-)

"The national government will maintain and defend the foundations on which the power of our nation rests. It will offer strong protection to Christianity as the very basis of our collective morality. Today Christians stand at the head of our country. We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit. We want to burn out all the recent immoral developments in literature, in the theatre, and in the press-- in short, we want to burn out the poison of immorality which has entered into our whole life and culture as a result of liberal excess during the past years."
— Adolf Hitler

“The National Government will regard it as its first and foremost duty to revive in the nation the spirit of unity and cooperation. It will preserve and defend those basic principles on which our nation has been built. It regards Christianity as the foundation of our national morality, and the family as the basis of national life.” — Adolph Hitler , Proclamation to the German nation at Berlin, February 1, 1933

4. It's the first one you mentioned
Thanks! I can't believe how much that sounds like a 2004 American hardcore conservative!

2. I didn't listen to Malloy

but I'll bet this is it.
