Anyone watching Meet the Press? Pure propaganda. McCain just |

lost any respect I had for him. I'd have to see where I put that respect. This is unbelieveable. Don't know why they bother to go through the Iran stuff. Just rerun the Iraq stuff and insert Iran into it.

1. You just have to change one letter. |
|
The war in Iraq was just a typo, we'll soon be told! Some typist in the CIA will lose their job.

2. Is the host on MTP challenging McCain's assertions? I think not. |

Just let him spout whatever he wants as fact.

McCain is gonna be their boy in 08. Did you notice that McCain already started with the "Can't we all just get along?" plea...

War is good- good for the shareholders, execs- and ratings at least in the initial invasion phase- the quagmire doesn't make good tv however.

11. And the answer is, "No we can't just get along." |
|
McCain is the MOST untrustworthy politician in American politics. I watched him for about five minutes and he emanates nothing but hungry egotism. He wants attention and his positions are nothing more than an attempt to gain that attention. He watched his "friend" smeared in the very worst way and continued to support *, travel with *. McCain's "major malfunction" is that he is in public life only to feed his ego and incessant need for attention.

4. McCain is a disingenuous liar |
|
He was commenting the other day about the purge at the CIA. He said it was necessary because of the bad intelligence the CIA gave to Bush about Iraq's WMD -- the "slam dunk" case.
The problem with McCain's statement is that they're not getting rid of those who provided the bad intelligence -- they're getting rid of those who stood on principle and objected to the politicization of the intelligence process.
Bush and Porter Goss are systematically transforming the CIA into an instrument of political agenda -- not a professional provider of unbiased intelligence.

6. McCain's an pathetic pandering liar. It wasn't the CIA, it was little |
|
Dougie Feith and his incompetent lying minions at the OSP that lied us into this mess with false and skewed intelligence.
The democrats REALLY REALLY REALLY need to get all those fake OSP intelligence reports and the articles about them back in front of the public. They need to be reminded that it was the faux intelligence (oxymoron there) service that made up all the 'evidence' of WMD's, sarin, nerve gas, etc.

9. I do think a purge of a lot of the Fed. agencies is a good thing! |
|
The problem with what appears to be happening under Goss is that he is trying to get rid of dissent, and that's NOT a good thing!
I'm really not sure who's good and who's bad anymore. Not being part of the CIA, I sure don't know who is really trying to do a good job, and who has totally political motives. It sure seemed that Tenet had political motives with his "slam dunk" comment.
You all seem to hate McCain, but at least he's one of a very few who has the political courage to disagree with ShrubCo and the extremists! I don't agree with him all the time either, but I'd prefer multiples of McCain, Snow, Sanders, etc over the Frist, Delay, Sessions, and on and on.
We don't like it, but the majority is now Pubs! I would support the moderate Pubs rather than the arrogant leaders they now seem to have!

Things get much clearer once you understand that. Watch what they do, ignore what they say.

12. Everyone in Europe has healthcare while 50M Americans do not |

Let's take the focus off of the political celebrities and put the focus on how we can make the Democratic party the party of universal tax fundedhealthcare.
