First I was politically correct because I was a liberal.
I didn't do it because it was trendy.
I actually DO believe that it IS the goverment's responsibility to aid the poor and the sick, educate the populace, protect our civil rights (including our reproductive freedoms), safeguard our interests and our environment from large corporations, and to provide national security.

NOW.... it's become trendy to screw the population of the US by failing to aid the poor and the sick, neglecting to educate the populace while squashing our civil rights (including our reproductive freedoms), and to hell with safeguarding our interests and our environment from large corporations, all in the SUPPOSED interest of providing national security. PRAISE JESUS!!!!!!

So now I am the one who gets to say "Excuse me for being politically incorrect but, where are we going and why are we in this handbasket?"
