it's a first time fiction effort by a physicist. It's very disturbing.In the book, the Nazi's conquered all of Europe 50 years in the past, because the isolationists in the US prevented America from joining the war. They didn't win because of nukes; they won because of indifference.

It's a very long book, 1000 pages +. I can only read a bit at a time because it is somewhat unnerving. The main plot involves a group of largely Polish resistance fighters, children of the people who experienced the war, who are trying to get the North American countries to help them.

until none were left, as well as homosexuals, gypsys, physically and mentally impared people, and anyone that didn't obey their society. Hitlers fanaticism would not have ended with that, he would continue finding people to kill and loot. He would be doing it with the a-bomb though.

It would be a very fearful overly watched society. People would still be turning their family and neighbors in and getting them killed for being "anti-nazi".

It's the same thing that would happen if the Christian Fundamentalist Psychopaths got in. That's why so many people see a direct correlation to what the fundies are saying.

In the very end, they'd probably make anyone left drink the punch.
