What laws are there regarding billboards?
I'm thinking of getting one. ... at least for a month. I want to put something out there that really drives the Bush voters nuts.
Please help?
"No WMD's, No 9/11 link, No Osama bin Laden, worst jobs record in 70 years, record deficits, increase in terrorist attacks, thousands of innocent Iraqi women and children dead -- ACCOUNTABILITY??? -- W , YOUR President"
I am also thinking of doing a comparison board between Clinton's record and Bush's record.

1. "Republicans did this" |
|
A simple phrase, over photos of massacred women & children in Iraq, or torn up African tundra, headlines talking about job loss, layoff, public health care cancellations, etc....

I would love to put images of massacred women & children, but somehow I don't think anyone would let me. I do like the idea of headlines with the "REPUBLICANS DID THIS" title.

2. Good luck getting someone to even put it up. |

Billboards are just as much "Main Stream Media" as any other media, and subject to most of the same content-censoring.
Talking about limp penises? Okay.
Talking about big pricks in the Whitehouse? Right out!

Billboard advertising is fairly expensive. Go for it if you can afford it. If I could afford to make up small corner signs I would distribute these all over my city with a few of my favorite expressions such as "The corporate takeover of our democracy may not be such a good idea".
The big corporations may make most mass media very expensive, but cheaper grassroots media can still get your message out to quite a few people.

It was one of those God's messages billboards.
It said: "Follow Me" Signed ~God
I was going to changed it to "Bush doesn't Follow Me"
