1. Here's what it looks like to me:

There were two candidates; a puppet of US business, and a puppet of the Kremlin.

Exit polls suggested that the US puppet was going to win, but in a magical Ohio-ish turn of events, the Kremlin's candidate ended up winning.

We all know that exit polls are always accurate (unless they're in the US and the Democrat is winning, of course), so there's a suspicion of vote fraud.

The US-oriented candidate advocated civil disobedience, and his supporters are following that suggestion.
