Why do our senators and congressmen shy away from discussing the
PNAC document?especially the following notorious items in that document: 1.The U.S.must impose its hegemony on the rest of the world and prevent the rise of any rival.
2.The best route to acheieving this hegemony was to control the supply of oil and by corollary deny it to any rival.
3.Because the American people will not tolerate such an imperial venture, a cataclysmic event, like a New Pearl Harbor, must occur (9/11?) to create an external threat and bring the American people along.

4.New technologies including genetic warfare techniques must be developed to control "unruly populations".

Remember that Cheney, Rumsfeld, Condi and Wolfowitz were the signers of this document.Conspicuously missing is Colin Powell.

and powerful names in American politics.Their main premise was that America was losing its status as a numero uno power because of "weakness".To remedy these they were advocating some policies one of which turned out to be the stealth candidacy of George Bush. That is what Hillary Clinton was talking about when she mentioned the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. The media stooges laughed at her for saying that, but it looks like the laugh is on them.

The PNAC document can be accessed from the Website

Have fun with your nightmares coming true!

6. Look for the document called
Rebuilding America's Defenses. It is a PDF. It is a long read, but worth it to see what is now called "The Bush Doctrine." Also read up on Leo Strauss and his influence on the Neo Cons.

7. Citations?

Which document are you talking about? I searched for the items you mention above in "Rebuilding America's Defenses". The phrase "Pearl Harbor" didn't seem to appear in the context you mention above, nor did the word "genetic" come up. Can you provide page references?

Thanks.
