Perhaps the individuals that donated to Kerry's legal fund |

to contest the election need to demand their money bank. The money can then be used to investigate the election.
If he gives the money to the Democrats, and the election system is not fixed, the Democrats are just going to keep losing elections.

That money was earmarked to look at the election results and ensure a transparent outcome.
If Kerry isn't going to use that money for that purpose, the people who donated that money need to use it for it's original intent.
The Democrats can raise $300 million next time and if their is manipulation of the results with BBV, it will not matter.
