...because, if King George remains in power for the next four years, he and his henchmen will simply block all indictments and stall other appropriate legal means to correct the system (along with other things like, oh, get us into a couple more wars, stock the Supreme Court with four more Scalia-clones, destroy social security, and take more steps to turn the U.S. into a theocracy).
If we're starting out this recount with the understanding that Bush will be inaugurated to another term on January 20th, no matter what the results, what's the point?
