As we have posted in other threads..Those wanting to move overseas, in part due to the CHimp...Many economists warn US economy is about to go in the tank...We worry about rising euro's /falling dollars. California real estate is redicilious..Rousillon about 1/3 value of California's ...My wife demands top dollar for the move... I read Krugman/Reich..Be realistic!... You about to make your move to your ideal retirement haven...Overseas..Would you hold out for top dollar or wait and maybe see a crash soon after Bush in re-installed.. We have a low ball offer...Would you take it and run...Appreciate advice..We must make a counter offer very soon...

where housing prices were spiraling out of control not even a year ago, we've seen them plummet drastically. Several houses have fallen out of escrow down here and its not uncommon now to see several signs for the same place. That should give you some sort of indication of what's happening statewide.
