It's a re-run today, from a Wednesday, around the time of the CLINTON Library event.

So his voice sounds husky, raspy, like way past barfly, and he is having these fits of laughter, like, hysterics. It has happened before several times since he returned from the first public "rehab", but now, knowing what we know, it had happened occasionally before that.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are the effects of oxycontin----I would have guessed in my ignorance that a pain killer would have a DEADENING/downer effect. Or what else might he be on?

Btw, the supposed cause for his hilarity was that it was reported that homeless people were being rounded up in Little Rock ahead of the library's event. Somehow he linked this to the "Rawhide" theme, which his wingned monkeys had refurbished back for the Marv ALPERT "biting" thing years back.

He now is attempting to counter the Blue-states-give-back to the Red States, by citing that Mississippi and all the other Red states give more charity as defined by the biggest disparity between INCOME and charity-giving, that Massachusetts is last. Haha.
