The Intelligence Bill and Duncan Hunter: What go's?

So I read this news article and I'm not sure what to make of all this in respect to the bill itself. If a GOP middle-man has problems with it that go against the White House I'm guessing Rove can't be to happy. And if Karl isn't happy there must be something wrong with the bill.

My best guess is that Hunter, being a Vietnam vet, was scared shitless by his sun and is opposing it because he sincerely believes the bill is screwing our troops. Oh, the optimist in me because it's either that or he's a Pentagon lobby whore.

The White House is against this new intelligence reform - it opposed everything about the 9/11 commission from the get-go. Duncan Hunter is a POS.
