Question on age discrimination
My community center is offering a class I would be interested in participating in, but it is for seniors over 55. I am close to that age, but not there yet.
Can they discriminate against me?

1. maybe on the pricing and if there's not room...
could be that if the class doesn't fill up, they'd let you in... it's worth a call.

you might not get the "senior discount" either...

3. Will you reach 55 during the class

that might get you in.

In any case, it's probably best to ask them.

4. Okay, I will ask first, but I may be back!
You will find it silly, but it is for line dancing. Since I am disabled, but used to love to dance, I thought I could handle it.
So, I am not looking for a discount, but rather something low impact.
Yeehaa

5. If you meet ADA criteria, there may be special considerations available
