2. Two blatantly stolen elections in a row indicate fascism to me.
Along with governance by corporations, corporate rights taking precedence over human rights, war as a tool for corporate global expansionism, war as a tool for croniest profiteering and redistribution of wealth from the middle class to the economic elite, demonization of dissent, et al ad nauseum.

5. Definitely democracy's last gasp
I still can't believe they all voted on it without reading it. I would've said, "No, I will not vote for something before I know exactly what I'm voting for!"

7. Talked to my friend out of town this weekend
about how the balance of our country is way off now and how unhealthy it is to have one side in control of everything. Very scarey!

imagine if it were reversed--universal health care,budget surpluses,good will from other countries,Kyoto protocol......but alas no....death,destruction and sadness
