Is the right wing ideal actually dystopia....
...that they are fooled into believing is a utopia?

The problem with the socio-economic darwinism they are embracing ultimately leads to a priveleged class and an underclass. You can't have utopia in a situation like that.

1. the theoretical end result of capitalism
is winner-take-all, one entity ends up owning everything.

2. that's only one theory
more accurately, it's one hypothesis regarding unregulated capitalism.

a properly regulated capitalist system prevents improper monopolies, regulates natural monopolies, and internalizes externalities.

if all this is done, one entity owning everything is not at all inevitable.

5. regulated capitalism is like chemotherapy
it's like harnessing poison to kill a disease.

Capitalism still values money over labor, which is perverse.

4. I don't get the idea that they've actually thought it through
I think they work more on immediate passions and dislikes. For the RW movers and shakers, well it seems they truly believe whoever has the most when they die wins.

6. they have embraced a few simplistic aphorisms
they don't really have an economic philosophy

that's why they always screw up the economy.
