This guy is a cop roaming the fu**ing streets? If you read the text he says he sorry he only has 40 rounds. If he is identified he needs to lose his job IMMEDIATELY.

I would bet real money damn near 50% of the people on that site will at one point in time be charged with murder, attempted murder, or some other violent crime.
