Fox News's "Question of the Day sponsored by Walmart"
Seriously-middle of the page
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,95063,00.html

And here is the Question (check out the responses)

Chilly Chirac: Fact or Farce?
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,76025,00.html

Ahh, how soon they forget! The French are asking about "getting something back." I don't remember us asking what we were getting back when we saved their country from tyranny in World War II.

FACT is, Chirac is just an uglier, taller version of Napolean and it's darn time he, the EU and the UN are exposed before they do another dirty deal, this time with Iran. Vive la George Bush and the USA!

With this jealousy rage has managed to bring instability to not only Europe but the whole world.

Chirac is obviously trying to position France, a nation with a failed economic and international policy, as a leader in the E.U. by bashing the U.S. Since he cannot lift France up in the eyes of the world through its deeds, he is left with tearing down others to raise. Sad comments from a sad man.

2. Dude---this is Fox 'n' Friends
If you have ever seen their morning show, you would know why this stuff is so dumb---the Fox morning show makes Hannity seem like a rocket scientist in comparison.
I also noticed that all the letters could have been written by the same person, or several people all drinking the same Kool aid

3. Oh yeah I switch over there from time to time
It is beyond moronic but their mission is to get the talking points out for the sheeple to take with them to work.

They had a "former inspector" (British) on this morning and he very nicely told them that these chem labs that were found in Iraq at best make cyanide so they can only be used in very small areas IF in fact what they were making.

The Douchebag guy jumped right on it making sure that the existence of these chem labs WAS INDEED TRUE!!!!

It is worth a laugh from time to time.

6. Getting the talking points out before work---exactly
That is exactly the same thought I have whenever I see them. I watch them put a fresh coat of spin on all the recent developments in the news, and with a shit eating grin the whole fucking time

They are evil. I loved the lead up to the Iraq war, when it was a mixture of Good Morning America and Full Metal Jacket----these perky happy people blatantly trying to convince everyone that we needed to bomb Saddam immediately or we would all die.

4. Here is a sampling of comments after the 1st Bush-Kerry debate
the one where Bush scowled the whole time and seemed to forget his cue cards
Here is a Fox 'n' Friends viewer:
One of the best debates I have seen. The sides were clearly drawn and this difference should help Bush further in the polls. Bush thinks America has the right to defend herself, and John Kerry does not. He believes, as he articulated last night that he would create international tests before we should defend ourselves. Permission not needed from the international folks to defend AMERICA not for this Security Mom of two kids under four!

8. I remember that next morning
You could see KillME and Douchebag READING off the laptops in front of them as the spin came in. The looked up at the camera with a "Are you all buying this?" look and their spin included the FACT that a lot of people hadn't watched it anyway.

The crosstalk is my favorite and ED Hill has that "I've been around the block nothing is new to me" slutty sexy thing going.

5. Faux News is dumb news designed to make dumb people even dumber
On that account, it's been a rousing success.

They are there to make sure dumb people and smart ones who don't follow the news closely for whatever reason are given just the right spin.

11. I can not stand this France bashing!
The city I live in is named after The Marquis de Lafayette. You know him? The Frenchmen without whom the US would not have won its independence!

12. Me neither
I live in the first city in the US to name itself after Lafayette...the number of "Boycott France" signs is appalling.

If I win the lottery I'm going to go to the biggest travel agency in town and buy two round-trip tickets to PARIS, FRANCE! The country that HELPED US GET OUR FREEDOM!

that's right. If France hadn't helped us out during the days of the American Revolution the U.S. wouldn't even exist. We'd still be part of Great Britian. We owe a lot to France.

That's the problem with Rethugs though they are so short term oriented they don't look behind or ahead only at what they can see and grab in their greedy little clutches right this very second.

Oh and who was right about Iraq and the WMDS, France and Canada or the U.S. and GB?

15. Also the progressives created the Revolution
the Tories (conservatives-feared change) supported the Crown of England. Throw that little tidbit out at Christmas dinner.
