Tonight on PBS."Songs of the spirit."Native American flute playing.Really beautiful sounds.I am really sick about has happened to our country and I will never stick my head in the sand again, but it helps to get away for awhile,If only for a few hours.

this is the show that NA singer/songwriter Bill Miller did, I think.
He's an amazing man, filled with spirit and a storyteller and a great great songwriter.
I recommend it...

On Masterpiece Theatre was a showing of Pollyanna, about a young girl who's irrepressible optimsim touched everyone she met. She would ask a person to think of a reason to be glad that something bad had happened to him or her. A true ray of light. Seems like the entire population in the English village she lived in was either cynical, depressed, angry, sad, or just downright down on life, until she came into their world.
