I should have made the question: What would you be willing to actually do in an attempt to improve the Democratic Party? My guess is the totals would look very different.

Get a cohesive message, instead of trying to be all things to all people... let's face it, no matter what you do, SOMEONE's going to get pissed off, so just try to do the greatest good for the greatest number, and let the strays find their way home.
