Poll question: Least favorite current Supreme Court Justice?
They're all listed. Pick the one that annoys you the most.

3. Thomas - Scalia is evil but Thomas is dumb and evil
He follows everything Fat Tony says because he hasn't the brains to make his own decisions. His law clerks do everything else for him, he shouldn't be there, he makes mockery of the whole Supreme Court system.

Ditto.
In the spirit of Thomas' great body of work, I shall just agree with the above poster without providing much of a reason of my own.

4. I suspect Scalia had insider info on the Florida recount
That prick is more responsible than anyone else for this mess.

And he is a moran. Monosyllabic on his better days.

5. Thomas was the sole dissenter in Hamdi v. Bush
In his dissent, he said that the political question doctrine should preclude the Court from deciding whether or not the Administration can strip American citizens of their constitutional rights simply by declaring them "enemy combatants."

Thomas isn't only a moron; he's DANGEROUS. He should be impeached for that dissent alone.

7. I picked Thomas (aka Long Dong Silver) because of a different case
I don't know the name, and it is from early in his time on the USSC. In the ruling, he was the only justice who opined that prison guards should be allowed to beat inmates whether they are provoked or not.

6. It's easier to decide who is the favorite justice
I just hope that whoever is picked next doesn't top the list.

8. Thomas is every bit as evil as Scalia
except he's not even able to think on his own.
