"NEW YORK Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani of New York, who forged a reputation as a tough prosecutor in the 1980s partially by going after Wall Street cheats, is now joining Wall Street by forming his own investment advisory practice.

Giuliani's consulting firm, Giuliani Partners, said Wednesday that it was forming a unit that will acquire Ernst & Young's investment banking practice for an undisclosed price. The business, to be renamed Giuliani Capital Advisors, will advise companies on deals like acquisitions and restructurings."
