Great site comparing Red states with Blue
http://www.topalli.com/blue/

from the site:

"...So we are richer, thinner, smarter, with better marriages, and more wholesome children. Reds you'd better put down that pork chop and vote for healthcare because we aren't writing checks to help you to take care of that Chlamydia...."

5. This should be in their face!
"Tell your Red friends: if they hate government programs so much: send us our money back!"

Time for tax fairness, end tax redistribution.

6. Don't forget the huge IQ difference!
I think that's more important than the other issues. People in states that vote for the party are just simply smarter. Studies that prove that have been posted here before.

7. What's chances of getting this up on CNN, MSNBC & FOX?
Maybe even broadcast news? I've heard a little about the "purple" states but haven't seen obvious detailed graphs like these. A picture goes a long way ya know!

I sure have known about the education in the south for the last 17 years we've lived here. I grew up in Pa. and moved to SC in 1987. My son was 19, and enrolled in aircraft maintenance school right after we moved there. HE coached a lot of the other students in math basics because they just didn't get it. He said they were never taught the basics of how to figure out a math problem.

He's now married and has 2 kids in school. He has no more confidence in the southern school system now than he did back then.

The divorce rate stats surprised me a bit though. I've seen a lot of hypocracy here. Lie, cheat, steal, beat your wife, hide your bottle in a brown bag, etc, but most I've known keep all their sins behind their front door, and wouldn't get a divorce because it would tip their hand.
