And, to be precise, it is not about ballot-dumping. I don't know when they'll release it.

Since I was there, I can tell you what got caught on video, but most of this wasn't our video crew, it was the Votergate.tv people.

It has:

- altercation over garbage bag at warehouse
- public records request asking for garbage contents
- poll tapes in garbage
(ballots were also in garbage, but most were sample ballots, though some were unvoted actual ballots, slightly reduced in size)
- also... later.. at election division downtown Deland: staff member taking garbage bin out
- staff member bringing in empty garbage bin
- voting activists digging in garbage
- garbage that went out the back door coming right back in the front door
- discovery that poll tapes in garbage were some of the ones missing from the public records they provided
- discovery that a poll tape contained signatures of poll workers
- question asked of Lana Hires: Can you explain this?
- Lana's response: I won't answer any questions
- Arrival of Volusia County lawyers
- sealing of the evidence
- interview with Susan Pynchon after filing lawsuit to set aside election

That was an interesting day.

This is a hearing to dismiss the case. Good arguments not to, tradition and Republican judge may not respond well to the excellent brief by Daniel Vaughan, attorney for Susan Pynchon.

But, hope springs eternal. Perhaps a heroic judge will thrill us all by doing the right thing in Volusia tomorrow.

I am watching the video right now - Man, do ALL Americans need to see this! - I wish we were working together during the election (I tried to contact you but apparently you never received my message; I understand you were very busy) as I live in New Orleans and heard various complaints from other voters: pushing the button for Kerry resulted in a Bush vote; similar problems for the anti-gay marriage amendment; a student in one of my classes said she was denied the right to vote for local elections - very strange. You've already seen these types of shenanigans.

Hope springs eternal is what I've been saying for a while now, but I'm not just relying on hope; I am working hard every day, telling everyone I meet about BBV. I guess you know the hardships one can face when discussing this in public. I've been verbally assaulted and threatened with physical violence and death, but I never back down. They'll have to pry democracy from my cold, dead fingers!

Keep up the work you are doing. If I weren't in school full-time working on my Ph.D., I would have driven to your home and volunteered to help you (with computer system software and quantitative data analysis).

To clear things up, I strongly desire to see more video footage than what I saw at the link above. I hope this addresses your main concern... which is mine also.

You comments to BBV officials unanswered would concern me too. I offered my services before but wasn't answered. I didn't suspect any malicious intent at the time, but now I am more guarded... but this is my MO in general: be VERY skeptical of EVERYTHING.

I do not want to contribute to the animosity and bitterness I observed in the threads I've read thus far. My acrimony is reserved for the current administration and the lackeys that troll here (see pic below).
