10 reasons why I (personally) hate the religious right...

1) They give REAL Christians a bad name
2) They aren't really doing what jesus would have done (in fact I'm convinced that.... as max von sidow said in "Hannah and her Sisters", "...That if jesus came back and saw what they were doing in his name, he would NEVER stop throwing up")
3) They spend our tax dollars on sex ed. programs that lie to our kids
4) They're intolerant of other faiths
5) They are intolerant of differing lifestyles
6) They are xenophobic
7) They are ignorant of history
8) most of them really haven't read the WHOLE bible
9) They support the monkeyking
10) They lack culture

My dad, brother and son are all xenophobic, and accordingly I'm gonna go to hell cuz I ain't Christian. I tell 'em I embrace all religions but not old worn out doctrines and superstitions.

3. 11) They teach Constitutional Law in Sunday School

12) They populate the militia, the kkk, the aryans, and other radical groups.

15) Their religion is for everyone but them
16) They form political and economic groups that discriminate.

18) They support those assholes on tv that scare money out of people.

21) They justify child abuse as gawds will
22) They are responsible for many forms of mental illness.
23) They never do anything without an external motive
24) They SUCK

As far as I am concerned, fuck them all. They are a scourge on this planet. May the rapture come, please god, take those nasty assholes from this planet so we can enjoy 10,000 years of peace!
