I will hope that the Egg Goddess comes through for you! "CJ", my chicken from the last hatch, is doing well and is 3 weeks old today. She's growing so rapidly that you'd never know she was a "runt" (from an egg that was smaller than the "small" supermarket size).

Any luck with the quail so far?

4. The color of the eggs keeps me from being able to candle them.

I have almost seventy quail eggs. If even half hatch, I'll have quail running out of my ears. :-)

Do you know a way to candle quail eggs or to tell if they are growing?
