"Support the Troops: Pay Your Taxes" |
|
Or "Support the Troops: Stop Whining About Paying Taxes"
What do you think of that as a bumpersticker? It seems the Chimp-cheerleading pseudo-patriots who claim they support the troops are the same ones who whine loudly about paying the taxes that actually do support the troops.
The defense budget is huge; right now we're doing it on borrowed money. But those who cheer the Chimp focus on the miniscule part of the tax dollar that supports "lazy people."
So would they understand the meaning of that phrase, or not?
