To prove my theory, we will begin by looking at one person, Paul Weyrich. Paul Weyrich is a major player in the New Right and the Christian Right. Some of his more evil deeds include helping out the Contras, Pinochet, Jerry Falwell, and more.

This theory is hard to explain, but I will try anyway.

As I said before, Weyrich has been involved with many things: the Contras, Falwell, Pinochet, the ARENA Death Squad, etc. In all of these cases, (excluding Falwell, I'll get to him later) Weyrich had proclaimed that these forces were fighting Leftist Violence and that they were fighting Communists.

After 9/11 and up to today. Paul Weyrich had gone after Muslims over and over again. Weyrich and his Goons (Lind, Rossi, etc.) had also talked about 'Moderate Muslims' over and over again. They keep on saying how they need to step up and take responsibility for what a small amount of Pseudo-Muslims are doing.

Like the Contras, Pinochet, etc., Weyrich and the FCF should be helping thse groups, but that is the empty space that is missing from this page of the Free Congress Foundation's book. Where is the support the Free Congress Foundation is providing for 'Moderate Muslim' groups?

It is also strange how Paul Weyrich talks about Moderate Muslims, but yet he also supported John Ashcroft when he was nominated to become Attorney General. Ashcroft had said something like this "You will only find 2 things in the middle of the road, a dead skunk and a Moderate"

Time and time again, we see the leaders of the Right Wing connected in some way to terrorists.

Pat Robertson, who is connected to Charles Taylor who had provided sanctuary and diamonds for Al Qaeda.

Jerry Falwell, who is connected to a man who was behind the Flight School that trained two of the 9/11 Hijackers.

Even the Organization (AFM) that wrote the Federal Marriage Amendment, which just about everybody in the RW shamelessly promoted, was connected to a Group that supports Palestinian terrorists.

If the people who fighting the war on terror are all Conservatives that are Extreme Rightists like Weyrich and Robertson and what I said is true, then it is no wonder that Al Qaeda is becoming increasingly powerful because of the war on terror.
