Christmas gift idea for freeper friends & family |
|
I like this idea.
Put together a care package for some troops in Iraq. Books, cards, treats, hmm what makes a good care package?
Lay it all out on the table, with a "peace on earth" christmas card prominently displayed in the center. Take a picture.
Wrap the picture in a small box, with pretty tissue paper.
Send the care package to the troops, with the freeper's address as the return address.
Send the picture-present to the freeper, with a note to the effect "let us not forget others are sacrificing all as we celebrate this joyous season", or something... whatever message works for you. And mention that you sent it in their name.
Somehow this seems like it might stir some cognitive dissonance on several levels.

1. Then it would not be a good idea |
|
I would give this to my non-freeper friends.
