it might have the opposite effect, this time. (If I'm getting what you're implying) Just imagine this: Bush and his cronies concoct something that will "save the day". The heat has gone up to unbearable levels now (after Xmas, usually a tough time for a lot of people, especially if they've lost their jobs).

They work out a "harmless" plan, like maybe dump a bag of powder (some type of harmful chemical)into the NY water system. Panic ensues. Positively shuts the city down for a few days. Maybe a few elderly people die from the scare of it all, maybe a few more. Of course, it's SUPERBUSH to the rescue, along with his cronies.
