T-shirt seen at DC national airport:
This was in a gift shop, it's own little display area, with a biggish sign that said "this is the hottest T shirt in DC right now".

The shirt was black, with white typewriter style text, saying:

When Bubba lied
He got impeached
If W lied about WMD
?

I thought that was pretty cool, although i didn't buy one because I'm a cheap bastard (and nearly broke too.)

6. When the taxi driver asked me where I was going,
I asked him if it was "national" or 'reagan", and he said, 'well, it depends if you're a Democrat or a Republican". So I said "I'm going to national." hehe!

He was cool, (but noncommittal), but we had a good ride. He was pissed because so many roads were blocked because of britney on the Mall.

4. DC is quite liberal
If you recall, Gore got like 75% of the vote there. And, I don't know anybody who actually calls it Reagan Airport.

13. Roger that
except the pukes indeed. My co-worker claims that Reagan is like a king in DC. That everyone in DC loves him. I say bullshit! The only reason they're naming stuff after Reagan in DC is because the pukes just go and do it. If any of this stuff ever actually came up for a vote by the DC residents, it would be shot down in a second.

National Airport is on Virginia soil. Virginia usually votes puke.

15. Best Dee Cee political store ....
There used to be a great political store in Dee Cee's Union Station that carried a large selection of Political posters and tee shirts. It was located near the front of the building on the west side. Sadly the Union Station web site doesn't seem to list it any more. This store was a great place to brouse through while waiting for a train.

Thankfully Amtrak's "Washington" Union Station is still named after our first president, unlike the airport...

16. In Houston..
..it's Bush airport. I always say Bush Airport, the one named after the one that was elected.

It's the little things that get me through the day.

19. Or just call it "The Big Airport"
As many of us do.

Hints to anybody planning to fly into Houston: Try to book your flight into Hobby. It's closer to downtown & was named after a more liberal Texas family.

18. When was the last time
a federal site was given the name of a Democratic president? They even took Cape Canaveral away from Kennedy, didn't they?
