I don't mind anything posted in GD except obvious 'lounge' stuff. I think that if the topic is straight-up religion, no politics involved, or flame-bait, then it should be in a Religion Forum.

application and political information.
Application of religion or context of faith should be in a separate forum for discussion by those who enjoy theological banter, comparison, and re-enforcement, etc.
Political information about the impact of organized religion on current events, laws, institutions, etc., should be considered general and open as far as where they are posted.
