State by state delegate selection. Is there a reference?
Does anyone know of a master guide (preferably a web site) that describes how each state chooses their delegates this year? By this I mean it would answer questions such as whether a state is winner-take-all, what the limits of viability for (delegate) representation are both statewide and at the district level, how many are chosen by state party leaders, etc.

It would also be handy if such a guide had schedules of when each state has their district and state conventions. Back in 1992, C-Span had a guide you could mail away for that had all that information. I always thought this would be an invaluable tool for a campaign that was most scientiffically focused on winning the most delegates.
