Just watched Bill Frist being raked over the coals
by some rightwing journalist for losing Michael Estrada's
nomination.
Bill, appearing outraged, said even if they worked
24 hours a day, the Dem filibuster would have stopped
his nomination.
Too bad Pubs. You lose, we win. We will take back the
House and the Senate and you can meet behind closed
doors for another 100 years.

If they had just released his documents, there's a good chance he would have gotten to the floor. I wonder what's in those documents to warent them accepting a loss this battle (if you don't mind me going into tinfoil hat mode for a moment).
