Press Descriptions of Condi Rice starting to use code for "mistress"

Anyone else seeing that the press reports about the relationship between Bush and Condi Rice are starting to insinuate in that way the press has of using certain words as code for things they can't say? (Like "confirmed bachelor" Ed Koch) I thought it was funny that they made a point of reporting in the WaPo that Dick and Lynne Cheney and Bush and Condi Rice attended the Kennedy Center honors the other night (like it was a double date, and Rice was Bush's date). Today the Times called Rice the president's "minder." Anyone else seen any good examples?

This educated, intelligent woman is apparently loved by Bush precisely because she completely subjugates herself, never imposes her opinion or knowledge if it in any way conflicts with the brain dead president's opinion.

MSNBC did a story when her appointment was announced about a meeting in which one of Rice's memos was under review, being presented to the president, and she used the word "hubris" in the memo. Bush stopped the meeting and ridiculed her for using big fancy words. A petty, anti-intellectual example of Bush's notorious tendency to abuse his servants. Her response; cave, she now only writes memos with words he would understand.

This is a level of whoring that goes far beyond merely fucking for money or power. For the sake of her power and career, she whores her mind, her intellect, and her dignity. Most streetwalkers have more dignity.

At some official function, the press overheard Condi engaged in casual conversation in which she slipped and referred to Bush as "my husband." She corrected herself, saying something like "I mean, my president."
