Jeb BUSHitler, what a piece of CRAP!
I saw this on http://www.Sun-Sentinel.com on the lower righthand side of their main page. This PISSES ME OFF!

Gov. Bush wants to repeal the voter-approved law that limits class sizes in Florida schools, saying it will force tax hikes and program cuts once it's fully implemented. Would you vote for repeal?

Yes. While small class sizes of 18 to 25 students would be great, Florida can't afford them.
No. Keep the class size limits. Our children's education has to be a top priority for the state.

Feel free to vote on this poll, preferably NO! The fact that the Yes vote has anything higher than 1% is nothing short of SHAMEFUL. Folks, this is only Florida! It's not like this state has no money! But forget the fact that this was only a vote initiative and We The People are STUPID and whatever We The People want can't fly in these "people"'s books. Odd how Jeb can find the cash to piss away on that environmental boondoggle known as Scrips, but gee, no money for edukashun.

And feel free to tell Jeb what a weenie he STILL is, especially in light of this crap: Jeb.Bush@MyFlorida.com

Lu Cifer, be glad you folks who live outside FL...at least you only have to deal with ONE asshole named Bush!!!

2. I tell ya...
...growing up here in FL, it's amazing I can READ *AND* WRITE! The way this state takes a royal hot dump on kids is the most vile thing. I drove by my high school the other day, and, wow. I graduated in 92, and since then, the number of portables (aka TRAILER!) has increased exponentially like mushrooms after 3 days of cold rain! What next? Wooden huts?

There's a FL forum now? What I miss!

5. That would have been half of fifth grade through eighth grade for me.
Sometimes I'm surprised I can read and write.

You can tell I'm from Florida for sure now! Everyone down here gets out of here come the FIRST day of summer and does the summer long vacation trip around the country excursion Hell trip!

Dare I ask how bad the schools are in AL? I was too young to remember passing by any schools, but I can only imagine...

Welcome to America! Edukashun? What am be that?!

I still can't help but think that the reason why Barbara Bush is so for literacy is cuz of W. Talk about reaping what you sow.

4. At the risk of opening myself up yet again...
the mention of homeschooling brings on accusations of being a cold-hearted elitist bitch. But if you've seen the state of schools in Florida, especially since Jeb *patooey* took office, you can probably understand why we've made that decision.

7. Can't blame you...
...I've known quite a lot of parents here who are in the same boat as you...and I don't blame you one damn bit.

And let's not beat around the bush (so to speak!), FL ain't the only place that has crap schools. My main point is, they keep saying "WELL WE CAN'T FIND THE MONEY" the HELL you can't! I can understand Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkasas, etc. But FLORIDA?! Home of PALM BEACH, BOCA, SOUTH BEACH, etc!? But again, they can find the money for some stupid biotech slime who want nothing more than to pave a few thousand acres of the Everglades and only create a handful of the jobs that they swear up and down they'll be creating.

8.  I know a few teachers in Florida and they have already just doubled class
sizes by putting TWO classes with TWO teachers in one room. When Jebboy was running for re-election in 2002, he was overheard by a reporter saying that he had a "devious" plan to get rid of the class size reduction plan if it was passed. I know of one republican ( respectful term for a fairly respectful person ) who voted against Bush for this comment alone. According to my teacher roommate, she has read where his brother * is cutting 2.7 billion dollars from state aid to schools. Oops...no link for that. I'll just say that it's rumored that a bunch of money has been cut from the federal government to the states for their school systems. I'll try and find the link or maybe someone has it handy.

11. I think I'd rather drink bleach, than be a teacher in this state
Leave no child behind!

OH THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME OF THAT! Yeah, he can take his "devious plans" and RAM THEM! 2.7 BILLION! Well, gotta fuel that war machine and liberate them Iraqi Terrorists (sarcasm alert!) from their bodies, cuz it's liberation by decapitation and emancipation by decimation.
