So were the vote fraud hearings just for show or will they actually
take some serious action on behalf of voters?

3. That's not the true issue.
Regardless of the effectiveness of these hearings, and potential further investigations by this committee, I couldn't help but watch the proceedings today and feel an overwhelming sense of pride, a call to action, and the satisfaction that there are politicians willing to go on-record and state the apparent fraud of this most recent election.

Anyone else not fully convinced or devoted to this cause previously will have seen damning testimony today. Whatever the outcomes of this session, I think some of the effects may have already started to take place.

7. Politicians always go on record protecting the public's interests,
watch CSPAN before big bills get passed and they go on and on about how bad the bill is "nobody has even read this bill, it's loaded with pork, it's not paid for, our grandchildren will pay for it, etc"
and then they vote for it?

If the damn media would cover it, they would be forced to take action, otherwise, how do they benefit?

6. Just a show, at this point.
They weren't "hearings;" John Conyers convened a "public forum" with no legal standing or authority.

It had no power to compel testimony or the production of documents. None of the speakers were placed under oath, and there would be no punishment for lying. Nobody goes to jail, nobody pays a fine, and nobody loses their office because of it.

Just a show, but very entertaining! Fisher was a hoot.

I don't turn the other cheek.

8. It's a show to placate 20% of the populace who believe there was fraud
Nothing to see here. Move along.
