1. Now is the time to agree what to call this mess.

Rather than calling it "voter fraud," which implies the voter did the fraud, I think we should call it "election fraud." The real significant, outcome-changing fraud, if it can be proven, was not done by individual voters. It was election fraud.

Reminds me of CBS's AWOL report and how Karl got exactly what he wanted out of it - the report was legit, but the documents were most likely planted to cast out all further questions on the matter - and it worked like a charm.

Same goes for this - I am very very very very wary. If something like Rathergate happens here, then kiss goodbye Any kind of continuation of a serious investigation.
