Does anybody have information on the corp. behind the Swiftboaters? |
|
Someone dropped a name today: McIntosh. Is it a law firm in California? I realize it's a common name, but I was wondering if they were in any way related to the McIntosh that represented Sandra Goard in Seminole, Florida in 2000 against the Dem attorney, Harry Jacobs?
This is specifically what was said:
"he <Arnold> turned to a group called the Mc- Intosh Company. That's the same professional fund-raising firm used by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, the advocacy group funded largely by conservative supporters of President Bush that ran controversial television ads during the campaign questioning Kerry's service in Vietnam"
Thanks.

If they're a law firm, there should be a website to look them up. Don't know how I'll cross-reference them, though.

4. Dallas, Texas firm - that should narrow it down |

"They're a Republican fund-raising company based in Dallas," Wilson said of Mc- Intosh. "They were referred to us by one of our supporters in the area."
