you go to war with the army YOU NEED. "Or, you don't go to war just because you want to... just because "But there aren't any good targets in Afghanistan, there are lots of good targets in Iraq".... or because you can... or because you want to show everyone how cheaply you can invade and occupy a sovereign nation.

You go to war only if you must... and Mr. Secretary... you didn't have a reason to do what you have done. For 20 or 30 years Iraq may have had a mere fraction of the biological and chemical weapons we posess... and not once did they ever fall into the wrong hands.

The only thing that fell into the wrong hands were corrupt visas that we approved, flight training of questionable entities some of it at OUR OWN MILITARY BASES, box cutters, and plain tickets. (plain intended)

It's time to tell all the people who protested your latest adventure the world round how sorry you are for all that has happened in the last two years... and definitely admit to the incredibly poor planning that was involved in making it happen.

He told them that they had to go to war without armor, because they didn't have armor. He didn't explain why in the hell we can't get any armor. Is steel too expensive?
