Whoa! Guest on Randi Rhodes just said they're bringing a lawsuit in Ohio!
That there's plenty of proof Kerry won Ohio.

They'll be bringing the challenge on Monday, I think I heard

14. This doesn't really have to do with a recount. There is evidence of foul
play which Arnebeck is going to present to render this election void, or at least show that Kerry is the actual winner. There shouldn't even be a recount. He has proof that 65,000 votes went from Kerry's column to Bush's, showing Kerry to be the true winner of Ohio.

6. Yep, it's busting wide open..
Randi just said she was threatened by someone or some company and that's why she used Ukraine as the example so much.

8. Yes, I heard her say it was an outside threat
There's been some theorizing that AAR has been putting pressure on her to tone it down, but it seems that's not the case. Randi often slips info out bit by bit...

11. 12 13
Monday is 12/13. Last year at this time, Kerry was considered dead in the water. Then he had a birthday party on 12/11. The next few days it turned around for him and he sprinted to teh Iowa victory. Perhaps he is one of those men who is at very low ebb right before his birthday and then full of zing right after. If so, the stars may be timed just right for a 180 degree flip...flop.

15. Yeah, and even when Randi said she doubted it would change the outcome...
he INSISTED he 'believed' it would! That 'we the people' would NOT allow it!
I loved that! That's the first time I've heard someone in the know respond to the 'not that the outcome will change'...with YES, I believe it will!

Keep the faith! Gosh I wish I could be in Ohio on Monday!
'President Kerry' has a certain 'ring' to it, doesn't it?!:bounce:

13. Visit the 2004 Election Results and Discussion often for updates. Here
is an update on the lawsuit with some very encouraging words with Conyers including an injunction to stop the OH electors from voting until the case can be heard:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x137659

The case will be filed at 9 am, Monday December 13th. Conyers is sending a letter requesting injunctive relief of the Ohio electors - ie that they either step aside or vote provisionally pending the outcome of the case.
