1. I would but we'd probably be shot.
We can't get anywhere near Katherine Blackwell.

2. Post this in the Ohio forum
Maybe we could dig up some data for them too. Make it a little easier. I'll start searching.

5. "No power of suspending laws shall ever be exercised except
by the general assembly." Section 18

Does this apply to Blackwell blocking access to the poll books?

8. Why would you do jail time?
(Hmmm. Brand-new posters are coming in here telling Americans they'll go to jail if they do this. I wonder why?)

10. Could the poster be referring to the two senators from Florida being
arrested for trying to deliver a letter about the voting irregularities to Katherine Blackwell?

12. Actually, there is
Even D.C. has laws about the lawful detainment of a suspect.

See http://www.constitution.org/grossack/arrest.htm

It is a constituational right and you can even bear arms to do so (9th and 2nd ammendments).

11. You can (& probably would) be charged with kidnapping.
Any time you contact the police & they investigate your concern & it leads to an arrest it is considered a "Citzen's Arrest". You can't go around arresting people unless you want to do time yourself.

13. Probably the best route of action
Is to warn the police that if they don't arrest Blackwell for felony violation of state statutes, that a citizen posse will be organized to do so. This will get the police involved in a hurry.

Again, citizen's arrest is a lawfully recognized practice: http://www.constitution.org/grossack/arrest.htm
